No call out charge

Our charges are based on providing you

with an expert engineer and are

competitively priced against other London

and home counties businesses.

In an out of hours emergency, where ever

possible we will attempt to isolate the

problem and return to rectify the issue the

following day during normal

working hours.

Hourly Rates

There is a minimum charge of one hour

on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in

30 minute increments. Rates exclude

materials and are subject to VAT

at the current rate.

Fixed Price

Our engineers can give a verbal or written

quote if requested before work

commences.

All quotations are subject to VAT

at the current rate.

Materials

Materials supplied by Southern Heating

will be charged at trade price plus 20%

and are subject to VAT

at the current rate.

Invoice

An invoice clearly showing a full

description of the work carried out, and a

full breakdown of the Labour and

materials used will be provided

Payment

Payment should be made in full by cash or

credit/debit card to the engineer
